Designer:  Insite Design Group, Woodbridge, CT

InSite Design Group - Brian St.  Pierre provided the original conceptual framework.  Owner and builder (Al Rose Construction) completed the remainder of the design work on the fly - with significant input on the window layout and designs by Michel Schettino from Marvin Windows at Branford Building Supply.

Roofing: Al Rose Construction

Al Rose construction was primary contractor for the roofing system - which included the installation of 6" of additional foam sheets with plywood sleeper and exoskeleton for affixing the metal roof panels.  

Plumbing/HVAC Supplier: Shelton Winair, Shelton, CT / Bender Supply, New Haven, CT

Bender Plumbing of New Haven provided plumbing and the Navien.   Winnair of Shelton provided the Fantech and LG heat/ac systems. 

HVAC Contractor: Hurricane Oil / Rose Construction

Rose Construction installed the pex sleeper system. Hurricane Oil installed the Navien and controls and all the heat and domestic water systems.  

Insulation Contractor: Shoreline Foam, New Haven, CT

The home owner actually installed the batt insulation throughout the home over her spring break vacation from yale!!!

Rob Vallombroso of Shoreline Foam did all the spray foam.  Rose installed all the sheet/board foam for the exterior thermal bridging and roofing systems.
