Hampton, CT – Builder Ted Stever of His Light Builders and homeowners the Crawford family, will be showcasing the home at 152 Cedar Swamp Rd. in Hampton, CT on Saturday October 24th from 1-4pm. The home is nearly complete. Visitors will be able to see and learn more about the ground source heat pump, high performance insulation, high performance windows, and other energy efficient and green features that have been incorporated into the home's construction. |

Oakdale, CT – The BAEC will be hosting a Build Green Expo on Wednesday, July 22nd at 5 PM at the Greenbrier Sustainable Green Community showcase home, located on Williams Road in Oakdale, CT. Admission is free for BAEC members and the public. Green products and green industry professionals, including builders, will be featured. |

New Hartford, CT – Karann and Jeremy Schaller will host a tour of their partially built home on July 11th from 3-5 pm at 19 Shady Brook Rd. Extension in New Hartford. The tour is intended to show the important energy saving features in the house "skeleton", the foundation, framing, insulation, windows, and mechanicals. |
